Payment
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
Shipping
The shipping cost provided at checkout is an estimate. Our system is set up to automatically calculate shipping at the high end, however we are able to charge a lower rate for the package when, the weight and size allow it to be sent for less. Since ceramics can be heavy and need lots of packaging to arrive safely at their new home, we would prefer to err on the high side.
Online orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS on Tuesday and Friday. If you require expedited delivery or prefer a different carrier, please call the gallery at 406/443-3502 ext.118 or email us. We will require your credit card number; additional charges will be applied.
In Store Pick Up
For your convenience, we offer an In-Store Pick-Up option at checkout. We ask that you place your online order by 12 noon (MST) the day prior to pick up. Keep in mind that The Bray Gallery is open the following hours: Tuesday-Friday 11am-5pm MST, on Saturday in the summers from 11am-4pm MST, and on Sunday and Monday we are closed.
International Orders
We are not accepting international orders through our online store at this time. If you are located outside of the U.S. please email or call 406-443-3502 ext.118 to place an order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Returns
We strive to provide a positive online customer experience but understand that, on occasion, a purchase has to be returned. A purchase may be returned, in the same unused/unworn condition as when sold up to ten (10) days from when it was delivered to the recipient. It must be returned in its original packing. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. UPS is our preferred carrier, please purchase shipping insurance and advise us of the tracking number.
If you need to return an item, please email gallery@archiebray.org with a description of the item, when we might expect its delivery and your phone number. When we receive the item, gallery staff will contact you directly to complete the return. Gift certificates and opened electronic/print media may not be returned.
If the purchase was a gift and is returned to us with the gift receipt, a gift certificate will be issued to the recipient for the amount of the purchase price.
You may visit our gallery in-person to return or exchange your purchase; a receipt is required.
Exchanges
While exchanges may not be possible due to the unique qualities of ceramic objects we will, nonetheless, attempt to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact the gallery staff at 406/443-3502 ext.118 or gallery@archiebray.org to discuss options.
You may visit our gallery in-person to return or exchange your purchase; a receipt is required.
Damaged Works
Please open and inspect your purchase upon receipt to ensure there is no visible damage to the package’s contents. If there is damage, please photograph the packaging and any breakage or cracking and immediately email gallery@archiebray.org or call 406/443-3502 ext.118 during business hours so we can report it to the carrier.
